About the Institute for Independent Business

Sarah Day, managing director of Day One Business Services, is an Accredited Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business.

The Institute for Independent Business is a nonprofit research, training, and accreditation organization established in 1984. It gives independent businesses direct access to top executives who can bring practical advice and timely ideas to the small business owner. The Institute is the largest organization of its type with more than 3,000 worldwide accredited Executive Associates. Executive Associates are available to assist in the planning, design, and implementation of any project your company may need.

As an accredited Executive Associate, Sarah offers the Business Support Program, created by the Institute. Under the Business Support Program, small business owners get access to a "virtual" board of directors of some of the top professionals available to advise on any subject or undertake any required project in an "hands-on" capacity.
